Experienced VISA Personnel

 Nationals from 14 countries who are 50 years of age or above can apply for a multiple-entry non-immigrant "O-X" visa and stay in Kingdom for a maximum period of 10 years.

 This type of visa may be issued to applicants aged 50 years or over who wish to stay in Thailand for a period NOT exceeding 1 year without the intention of working. 

Issued to applicants who wish to enter Thailand: - to stay after retirement (age 50 or above) - to stay with the family (spouse, children) -  to receive medical treatment -  to be a witness for the judicial process etc.

 ED Visas For Education It's issued to those who wish to visit Thailand for a study trip, training course, workshop, internship, observation tour, seminars, or conference organized by government agencies, state enterprises, or international organizations. 

The visa holder will be allowed to stay in the country for 90 days. After this period expires, immigration officers will be able to renew the holder's visa twice, each for another 90 days at a time.  Employment in Thailand is prohibited 

 Foreigners who wish to work or conduct business or internship (curricular activites) in Thailand 

 This category of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom to work as a film producer, journalist, or reporter. In such cases approval from the Thailand Film Office, Department of Tourism, Ministry of Tourism and Sport. 

- Category TS Transit through the Kingdom in order to proceed to the country of destination -Category S To participate in sports activities & - Category C  the person in charge or crew of a conveyance coming to a port, station or area in the Kingdom
